So good and so versatile. If you wanna go meatless, just add more mushrooms! <br />Makes a fabulous Chicken dinner. Just brown the chicken pieces and transfer to baking pan. Spoon the sauce over each piece liberally and bake 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with fresh cheese and dig in!
