Tasty Tuesday's Buffalo Chicken Breast

Buffalo Chicken Breast

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups finely ground Ritz crackers
2 eggs
1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
1/2 Cup melted butter

Coat chicken breast with egg then cracker then egg then cracker.
Lay out on baking pan.
Drizzle with about 3/4 of the Buffalo Sauce (hot sauce + butter)

Bake 375 about an hour.  Serve with more Sauce drizzles over and a dipping bowl of blue cheese dressing.

This is so good and so easy!  If you aren't inclined toward the "hot" side just use less sauce or substitue ranch salad dressing for a totally unique taste on your healthy baked chicken!

  2. why doesn't this come up with my's me jeanne

  3. The recipe is great, but what I love the most is the plate. That plate is gorgeous. How old is it?

    Thank you for sharing,

  4. Jeanne...when you post are you choosing a google acct or whatever? That will identify you, if you haven't signed in for a while. And thanks.
The plates are from JCP John Madden collection. I love them and use them everyday.

Brooke...Thank you and as you see above the plate is not old, just made to look that way. I bought them about 4 years ago, I think.

  5. Where did you get them from? I love it!

  6. What great inspiration for a "buffalo flavor." I think I could take this drizzle in different directions! The whole plate looks scrumptious!

  7. Brooke...I got them from JCPenney about 4 yrs ago. They are from the John Madden Collection.

Linda...What are you gonna do with this drizzle?
I 'buffalo' all kinds of meat and I sometimes i use it as a marinade as well as a drizzle!

  8. It is! I like that I can put less stuff on Mike's cuz he isn't such an asbestos mouth as I am! lol

  9. This looks so good!!

  10. This looks yummy, loaded with those pesky calories, but something I know my peeps will love. Thanks for sharing.

  11. Kathy...It is good, I make it often. I like being able to add less drizzly buffalo sauce to Mike's and more to mine. Very tasty. Thanks

Brenda...calories, smalories! Walk an extra 10 minutes and it's all good!!
